Weight Loss Week 1 Progress

So I have been counting calories and exercising this week. I have exercised 3 out of 4 days so far. On Tuesday, I burned off my whole lunch! Also been having healthy snacks and making my own stuff. Like my own coffee creamer, fruit flavored green tea, sunflower seed butter, low-cal cheesecake flavored pudding, low-cal rice krispie bars, etc. If anyone needs any ideas or recipes, I can tell you where I got them. According to my scale at home I have lost 1 lb. already. I will only be weighing myself once a week from now on though. I just got curious. No work out today due to being very sore and Dean had to work. I have been going to workout right after work and then coming home. But Dean had to work early so I went straight home. I am still planning to work out tomorrow and then maybe go for a long walk on Saturday or go to the Lied Center.
